How long is my Culture Card valid for?

Your Culture Card is valid for one month from the date of purchase.

Do I have to pay an additional amount?

No. With your Culture Card, you have access to all institutions included in the selected bundle package without any additional on-site payment.

*An additional payment of 5KM is required for foreign citizens to enter the National Museum of BiH

Do I have to print the ticket I received in the email?

No. Show the operator at the museum the attachment from the email open on your phone, which contains the image of the Culture Card with a barcode.

Can multiple people enter on one Culture Card?

No. One Culture Card is valid for one person.

Can I visit multiple attractions in one day?

Yes. You can also visit, if you have time, all the attractions included in the purchased package.

Can I enter the same attraction multiple times?

No. With the Culture Card, you can enter each of the included attractions in the purchased package a maximum of once.

Can I enter one attraction and my friend another with the same ticket?

No. One ticket is valid for one person.
