This website is operated by Culture Card. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Culture Card. Culture Card offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”, “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our cards and services to you.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All product descriptions or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
HOW TO USE CULTURE CARD
Get your card
Order your Culture Card online or purchase it at sales locations listed on our website.
Activate your card
The card is activated upon first use — your first visit to a museum, attraction, or use of public transportation.
Use your card
To visit locations included in Culture Card, simply present your card at the entrance or to the public transport controller.
Good to know:
Culture Card allows a maximum of one entry to each of the six included museums.
At museums, present your card at the ticket desk to gain entry.
The card is valid in all museums until the end of 2025.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed through the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.
If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we do not monitor and over which we have no control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties.

Use of customer data
When placing an order, the customer provides certain data required for product delivery. This data is not used to establish the customer’s identity but solely for logistical purposes related to order processing. The Seller does not verify the authenticity of the entered data except to the extent necessary to deliver the order.
