How to use the Culture Card?

1. Download the map completely for free

By clicking the 'BUY NOW' button and completing the purchase process, you will receive your Culture Card in digital format via email at a price of 0 KM.

2. Show your ticket when entering the museum

The digital ticket attached to the email contains a BAR code which you present from your phone for scanning to the operator upon entry to the museum. The ticket is personalized and valid for one person.

3. Valid until the end of 2025

With the Culture Card, you can visit each of the 6 listed museums once until the end of 2025. One card is valid for one person.

Do I have to pay an additional amount?

No. The Culture Card is completely free until the end of 2025.

Do I have to print the ticket I received in the email?

No. Show the operator at the museum the attachment from the email open on your phone, which contains the image of the Culture Card with a barcode.

When collecting my Culture Card, can I also collect a card for a family member or friend?

When ordering, you can order two cards. One card is valid for one person and they must be scanned separately at the museum.

Can multiple people enter on one Culture Card?

No. One Culture Card is valid for one person.

Can I visit multiple museums in one day?

Yes. You can visit all 6 museums in one day, if you have time.

Can I enter the same museum multiple times?

No. With the Culture Card, you can enter each of the 6 museums a maximum of once.

Can I enter one museum and my friend another with the same ticket?
